▌Introduction

MQ8260B is a crankshaft grinder with simple structure, convenient operation and wide applicability. It is suitable for automobile, tractor and diesel engine repair shop to grind the crankshaft journal and main journal of engine crankshaft, and can also be used as a cylindrical grinder for general cylindrical grinding.
 
▌Characteristic

a. The machine tool is controlled mechanically, electrically, hydraulically, and manually.

b. The left and right chucks of the basic machine tool adopt adjustable cross chucks to improve the efficiency of workpiece installation and adjustment. According to the user's needs, MQ8260B/1 type chuck can be provided. MQ8260B/2 type adopts straight chuck, and the table is of integral structure, so the machine tool has good rigidity. MQ8260B/H worktable adopts hydraulic control, and four types of machine tools with slot chuck are available for users to choose.

c. The workpiece is clamped with * or chuck, driven by the head frame motor, and manually fed for grinding.

d. The worktable moves longitudinally, either manually or mechanically. When it is motorized, the worktable can only move quickly by point action for gear skip or adjustment.

e. The left and right cross chuck zui can be adjusted by 110mm in vertical direction and 2mm in horizontal direction. The chuck also has micro rotation adjustment, with a range of 0-30 °.

f. The workpiece, grinding wheel, workbench, cooling pump and oil pump are all driven by separate motor.

g. Hydraulic and electrical interlocking mechanisms are adopted for the workbench and grinding wheel rack, which can ensure safety no matter in adjustment or grinding due to operation errors. The grinding wheel rack is equipped with a reliable protective cover.
