▌Product details

Jaguar XS series screw air compressor could continuously provide high-quality pressurized air. The compressor adopts the permanent magnet frequency-variable technology, could lower the failure rate, prolong the service life while running in a high-efficiency state. In the meantime the intelligent control system could help to save a lot of electricity.

 

▌Advantages of XS series PM VSD screw air compressor

1.The compressor chooses a new appearance design, new construct, with stable quality. It chooses coaxial transmission which has a higher transmission efficiency.
2.The compressor adopts the IE4 Permanent Magnet frequency converter motor, it could adjust the speed of the air-end according to the demand of the pressurized air to advoid electricity waste.IP65 protect level is assured by the liquid cooling enclosure motor housing.

 

▌Coaxial transmission

1.The coaxial transmission reduces transmission loss, prolongs motor service life, increases transmission efficiency and reduces footprint.
2.Variable frequency controller: variable frequency is adopted to provide stable pressure and gas consumption state suitable for customers. Professional heat dissipation design can operate at 50 ℃ ambient temperature, automatically adjust the output rating under temperature rise conditions, and maintain the continuous and efficient operation of the inverter.

 

P65 liquid cooled permanent magnet motor

1.IE4 liquid cooled permanent magnet motor is adopted with IP65 fully sealed protection to fully protect the safety of the permanent magnet motor, so that you will not worry about the reliability of the motor. Jaguar aftercooler: high efficiency cooler with remarkable cooling effect; The normal operation of the air compressor can be ensured even in the harsh use environment such as high temperature and humidity.
2.Heavy duty air filter: unique intake box system to prevent dust from entering the system; The fine particles in the air are filtered to ensure the air quality entering the machine head and prolong the life of the host.
